Anyone know what the buoy is that popped up maybe 1/4 - 1/2 mile north of the A can? It has a yellow bottom on it.

The buoy you’re asking about is the Edisto 40 buoy that has drifted off station. Don’t use it as a channel marker cause it’s hung on a sandbar.
