And USC beat the #5 team in the nation…And Mizzou did not come out flat. And USC had 3 turnovers.
That is how you beat the #5 team…on the road…
Great comeback on the road and impressive showing by shaw again…but Mizzou gave that game away. Boneheaded play call on the 4th and 20. Man coverage? Missed chip shot. What a game though. Fun to watch.
Clemson was frustrating to watch.
I think Maryland gave that game away by having 10+ starters injured.
Yeah and we actually had a bunch of bs calls go our way too. We should have been called for at least 2 PIs but didn’t. Ugly win.
I dont know what is going on with CU offense but it is painful to watch. It is as if they just picked some kids from the parking lot and said go play. PLENTY of talent but they are not on the same page.
I think its our OL and no WRs besides Sammy.
Ellington told one of the newscasters before the game (which he should not have) that Boyd has been frustrated because he is not getting protection and that our young WR’s have been running the wrong routes too much.
Boyd’s pick last night was because on of the WR was supposed to cut back like 10 yards out.
And I’m not thrilled with Morri’s play calling recently.
Without Sammy, Boyd would look worse. There were several passes that were bad but Sammy made great catches.

Clemson just needs to dabo a BCS bid this year so some team like West Virginia or FSU can spank them while everyone is watching. But everyone knows that they are better off going back to a lil bowl and plaing a team that doesn’t want to be there like last year.

You could say this about just about any QB that is considered a good passer. IMO, Manziel wouldn’t be half the QB if he didn’t have Evans as a WR, Shaw with Bird, etc. A wr’s job is to make the QB look good, isn’t it?

It doesn’t bother me if he goes. his offense is exciting to watch with the right players, but I think it gives a false sense of security to the team. I would rather see a more physical line, that runs the ball effectively that in turn opens up a little play action passing and TAKES CARE OF THE BALL! Also to go back to a more physical defense that swarms the ball. I would rather have the great defense than the great offense. Carolina finally built that type of team the last few years and look at what it does. It is hard to beat that type of team! The only different this year for y’all is the defense is not quite as good. Lost a lot of great players off last years defense and it shows. Still a good one, just not as great.

If the WR’s are running wrong routes in game 8, it is a coaching problem.

They will never be any better than they are now until they get a quality head coach.
