20,000 empty seats expected. What marketing genius did the pricing analysis for these tickets? $70-$258??

NO way I would pay that price. especially for a thursday night game…and not at home.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

That is odd. I spoke with a parent of student there, who tried to get tickets and was told they were sold out. Maybe I misunderstood him. I have no idea how this game will turn out, but am glad college football is back.

IMO this is just a bad game between two bad teams.
First, Most, Biggest
First game of the season. I liked that USC had so many subs working in and off the field on defense, they did not have that ability last year. Kelsey Griffin finally showed up. Sloppy no doubt, but I will take the W. We will have to see about injuries. Pharaoh did not look right from the get go.
Butt ugly but it beats a loss and I did see some improvements. Kicking/punting was stellar. Defense showed some backbone in the second half. I thought last night that Spurrier called a lousy game. His post game comments confirmed that.
Come on Pit, “wound up”? That was sarcasm. I got your little joke.

Spurrier called a terrible game. how do you start the game with a kid that has never started and get a delay of game… That play should have been known a week ago.
How many time did you see the QB or team for that matter looking over to the side line asking for the play. I have said this time and time again, USC needs a OC. HBC can still come up with plays, even the game plans, but let a younger OC call the plays…faster.
I hate when the team is running the ball well, so we come out at half and barely run at all. then in the 4th it was like, hey do you remember when we used to run the ball.
It was sloppy play for sure by both teams. I liked some of what i saw and didn’t like a lot. but young team, first game and on the road(sort of).
Again this is why I hate starting out with a quality opponent (yes I know UNC is not the best but they are a quality D1 team).

Good thing it was ACC competition. Those games were lost last year by the cocks.
