You know exactly what you did. Making light of the very serious situation of hard to come by Ammunition. Twist it how you will. My point would be useless to explain to you about asking for a gun owner to shoot a pellet rifle instead. You’ll twist this I’m sure. But no matter any gun owner knows a pellet rifle will never take the place of gunpowder and honing ones instincts to stay calm in the Explosion of a guns discharge and recoil and the joy it brings making a perfect shot.
I tried to be more civil, but you follow me around like a coyote looking for a chance to nip a heel. I’ll never forget those awful things you stated about our Military and Military members a few years back, nor will I forget many other remarks made by yourself. Even trying to provoke me with the ludicrous insinuation that I would vote for Cuomo as President. But there no way to simulate the recoil and muzzle flip. Without using a real gun.The big thing is the follow-up shots getting back on target quickly.
Some people are just naturally good shots.Unfortunately I’m not one of them I have to work at it.
We never go to indoor ranges we always go to DNR or private ranges. We also practice drawing from concealment, shooting around obstacles and on the move. We usually load each other’s magazines. So we never know when a dummy around gets slipped in there. That way if we practice clearing malfunctions. There’s a lot of ways to hone your skills. But nothing takes the place of live fire. Whenever I take my weapon off at night I always practice my draw. I can consistently draw from concealment and make a 15 yard head shot under 1.5 seconds.
I’m no Jerry miculek but I would like to thank that I’m better than most. And if I ever have to defend myself or family I will the one walking away.
And to top it off we get a lot of family time and enjoyment of shooting.

All the stores have a ton of 28 gauge . Have never shot a 28 gauge don’t even think I have seen one.

Summerville Walmart had two each of 100 round 12 & 20 gauge bird shoot this monday. Limit was three, but I wasn’t greedy and only took one each. Was so excited I forgot to buy the clays…
I gots a 28 Gauge. My boy shot one after he graduated form a BB gun to a single shot 410 to a 28 gauge. Light gun and it isn’t the caliber…it’s the shooter.
He was a much better shot with the 28 G than the 12G he shoots now. The shells are cheaper on the 12G…and you can hit more with more shot…right???

I was about to pull the trigger on some a 1000 rounds of .556 from two different sights. It’s back up .10cents a round now. When I got to finale checkout and payment they had Paypal listed but wouldn’t let me use it. I still won’t use just a credit card on any sight. I’ve got a good firewall but I just don’t feel safe typing out my card number.
How do you that buy across the internet handle payment when you are not sure of a sight and they don’t do PayPal?
