Notre Dame was Over-rated all season, barely beat Vandy and had no business being #4. Georgia would have given the Taters a much better game. That being said, Carolina flat out sucked. They were outplayed, out coached and out hustled. When I heard Muschamp say they saw some “exotic coverages”, I interpreted that to mean, “we didn’t know what we were seeing and didn’t know how to respond to it”. How Carolina could put 35 pioints and 600+ yards on Clemson and then poop the bed against Virginia I really don’t know. Virginia seemed to want to be there and wanted to win.
Despite the loss, I hardly think the “State” is really “embarrassed” by the loss. Was the “State” embarrassed when the Taters got curb stomped by WVU?

Seems to be the highlight of some of your lives. Some of us see it for what it was, the turning point for Clemson’s rise to the top.
Then again some of you thought ND would win of even be competitive. At least with Lawrence our ND avoided the shutout. Maybe Dabo will send RBF a letter to replace his Dan Devine one.

ND has touchdown Jesus, Clem has clipboard Jesus
ND players are required to pass calculus, Clem’s players Cowculus

There is no comparison between Clem and ND from a historical winning or iconic perspective… Most folks in the US don’t even know where Clemson is located… They only see them as cheaters, and butt hole connoisseurs…
