2019 5-star wide receiver Frank Ladson out of Miami (FL) told wide receivers coach Jeff Scott and head coach Dabo Swinney that he wanted to be a part of Wide Receiver U. According to 247Sports, Ladson is a 5-star recruit who ranks as the No. 14 overall player and No. 3 wideout in his class
Taisun Phommachanh Commits to Clemson. Phommachanh is a 4-star prospect who is rated as the No. 114 overall player and No. 3 dual-threat quarterback.
And, Sunshine dropped a 50yd dime in Tee Higgens hands yesterday on his second pass attempt. And Christian Wilkins played safety. JSYK* Lol
KB looked pitiful, but 2 hand touch on a running qb really hampers what he can do. I think he needs to spend his off-season learning pass blocking and route running so he can help out at TE.
Sounds like a positive step for sc. When you’re proud that you’ve “at least worked into the conversation”
“South Carolina has worked its way at least into the conversation with five-star California defensive backs Chris Steele”
Please remind us all how many stars Renfrow had coming out of HS?
As far as five star recruits, the one that owns the most sacks in Memorial Stadium with 4.5 is Clowney… Almost got to the 5th sack to match his star rating…
Guess there is no excuse for not winning a NC this year. If Dabo doesn’t, then it is a coaching issue. Do you agree?
If the Cali QB comes to fruition, the real USC will have three 4 star QBs on the roster… Presuming we don’t get another one.
Heck, ole Connor Shaw didn’t have a problem taming the Tigers for three straight years, and he was a measly 3 star…

Connor Shaw was a winner. Plain and simple. He did nothing great, but everything good enough. Whether he was a no star or five star he was a winner. My hat’s off to him.
How does sc have 3 - 4*'s though? Bentley was a 4 star? Who are the others?
4-star RB Cesare “Chez” Mellusi (Naples, Fla.) announced a commitment to Clemson Monday night via Twitter.
The Naples High School product averaged 8.9 yards per carry last season, totaling 1,505 rushing yards with 19 touchdowns.
He is rated as high as the No. 15 RB in the nation and was offered by the Tigers on a visit last week.
His commitment is the ninth in the 2019 class for Clemson and a fifth in the last four days, joining 5-star WR Frank Ladson, 4-star QB Taisun Phommanchanh, 3-star safety Lannden Zanders and 3-star linebacker Bryton Constantin. He elevates Clemson’s rank to 9th in 247Sports’ Composite team recruiting rankings after being 26th to start Saturday.
Mellusi holds 20-plus offers total with Notre Dame and Miami among his previous top schools.

That’s why I stated if the Cali kid comes to fruition, meaning next year:
Hilinski
Joyner
Bentley
Do you agree Dabo should win a NC since there is all the talent to do so?
