I agree Ricky, I still don’t understand why they would put Stoudt back in after the performance he put on in his first few snaps. It’s games like the one Saturday that make me want to kick Chad Morris in the nuts.

The backup QB is everyone’s favorite player. I would imagine that is has a lot to do with the playbook. Stoudt probably know 50% more than Watson at this point. A coach’s confidence in his offensive leader to run exactly what he calls cannot be understated. Watson might not be there yet, but when he is, look out. This kid’s going to be a good one.
Can you imagine a year out of high school lining up and having Georgia’s defensive line staring you down? Not me buddy.

Tough loss for sure. Much had been made about Gurley and his running, but I was more surprised at the fact that GA, who’s defense was terrible last year, held Clemson scoreless and almost yard less in the second half. I am not sure if that is a reflection of great defense or poor offense by Clemson. I know GA has an entirely new defensive staff and maybe that made the difference. First game of the year it is always hard to tell. Clemson under Morris has not been a very good running team between the tackles and contrary to what many feel, I still think there are times you need to be able to line up and run the ball, if for no other reason than to give your defense a break.

What’s that one about the river in Africa? Lol. Both teams got took to wood shed, and equally embarrassed our great state.
The difference is that Clemson was competitive for one whole half of football. SC was on their heels from about the second A&M possession. Clemson just couldn’t make the adjustments for Georgia’s gameplan in the second half.
