With a trip of that magnitude looks to me you could be ready the day before if not you may need to stay on the bank one more day. That’s what I would do no matter if they are open or not. Grab Ice, bait, and nic-nacs at the shell station. What could they possibly have that you could not get anywhere else. Anybody in the know knows if you need it while you are at Edisto you better get it before you get there anyway.
