This. A prosecutor doesn’t hold a press conference to say “Hey guys, we think he did it! We’re going to go book him as soon as we find him!”

He isn’t getting charged. That is obvious. Why they feel the need to withhold that info until tomorrow and make a spectacle of it is shameful. I originally defended the the AG’s office. If the PD screwed up and didn’t properly investigate and refer the case, that’s on the PD. But making this big scene is ridiculous. Both the Tallahassee police and the AG’s office look like fools. Some heads should roll for this. It’s completely inexcusable.

If I’m wrong and they do charge him in this public and stupid manner, that’s even worse. Either way, what a bunch of clown shoes amateurs.

Now that they have released the details of the search warrants on the case, no way he is charged. Can’t see how they would go to trial after releasing such detailed info to the press before he is charged.

I read that the girls attorney has ask the state AG to look into the investigation. Saying that they never interviewed key witnesses. and that one of the FSU player destroyed evidence, a video on the event.
