Ok, college season is over finally!!Lets talk NFL. Being from Charleston and having the panthers on every sunday its hard not to cheer them on. So, 49ers and Carolina this week. Whats your pic?? I think San Fran barely beat a 8-7 green bay team last week and probably would have lost if the green bay db did not drop a pick 6 interception on the final drive. Green Bay is not even in the same ballpark when it comes to panthers and their defense. I pick Carolina over san francisco 24-13.
The best part of the 49ers offense is Frank Gore.

Found another number while researching Dick Crum. 34-18-4. UNC’s winning record over you guys. You guys have us covered recently but you also have a long history of beat downs at the hands of the Heels. I know the Gamecock response so I’ll go ahead and say it. “History doesn’t mean much”…unless of course I’ve beaten Clemson 5 times in a row. Then I’ll make some bumper stickers and t shirts and boast about my victories over a team in a conference that I constantly call subpar.

Hey Cooper River Man - speaking of avatars…I got a picture with Ric Flair years ago at the Marlin Quay Marina. He was on the charter boat that we were going to be on the following day. He was fishing with Nikita Koloff (sp?). Very nice guy and he took the time to take a pic with me and my brothers, who were all very young and really into wrestling. I know he was worn out from fishing all day, too. The last thing he told us was good luck fishing tomorrow and “God bless you guys”.
I remember he told me he caught several big kings and had a sail but it pulled the hook.
