I love the led lights !! They look brighter and don’t burn up much power. They are more costly. But I’ve never had one burn out
My last truck I had put LEDs between the bumper and the tailgate… wired in so when I put in reverse they come on automatically. Not so great when backing a white enclosed trailer.
A lot of reflection. I got a pair I’m going to cut into the cab above the window. Going to wire it in with the cargo light switch.
I bought this trailer up yesterday for work. Now I have a free car hauler hahaha. The the fenders come off so it’ll be a lot easier to load material.
Think I got pretty good deal $4100.
Brand new with 5-year warranty.
I called on a couple used trailers on marketplace and Craigslist. Everybody spoiled BS. One guy apparently had made a deal with somebody told me if I got there before him I could have it.
I don’t deal with people like that.
It can be a little messy, but what I’ve found to be the best wood preservative for those trailers is burnt oil mopped on them. It will soak right in on a hot day and not be messy afterwards. Do it about every 3- 4 years.
I used linseed oil on my paddle sciff it’s a lot cleaner then burnt oil and does same thing cheap enough to do it annually
Finally got the Garmin unit I’ve been waiting on.
Down at the shop, to take on the install.
Wish me luck!
Nice.
Very nice
Nothing but good wholesome memories!
The 13-year-old says when she grows up and has kids & grandkids she’s going to build graham cracker houses with them.
Hopefully if we’re not around she will think of us and it will bring a smile to her face.
Great stuff, OTC. Making memories, well done, sir.

Just something think about next time you walk out on a balcony…
At one time that was half inch rebar.
OTC, there was a show on the History channel that showed how things would slowly deteriorate If man disappeared. Our stainless steel sinks and such were some of the last things to go.
This was a pretty cool watch. They actually use a supermarket in texas abandoned fully stocked
That rebar should be heavily coated with rust, which, actually, helps protect it. Looks like concrete is a “bad pour”? Maybe poured on a cold day, and too much calcium in the mix? Or, poured on a hot day, and spent too much time in the tumbler/truck?
It looks like it was poured in 2 separate lifts. And or didn’t get vibrated properly had avoid in it.
But the building is 40 plus years old.
Looks like chaps mix (small gravel/rocks)? You’re probably right , about two separate pours (cold joint) that didn’t bond.
