Something I keep hearing

I heard this at work yesterday " Clemzzzon finally gets to play a team with a name Thursday night." My response " Louisville is 0-2 losing to the pitiful Auburn Tigers and Houston Cougars." Nice try . Guess it will be a little more of a challenge, though.

Key West 1720 115 HP Johnson Saltwater.

I think Louisville is better than the previous competition, but that isn’t saying much.
When I first saw this on the schedule I was thinking it would be a good game, but UL looks bad. But you never know from year-to-year how a team will be. Unfortunately for CU this win will not help their resume much.

Is this week really a good time for a coot to talk trash about a Kentucky football team being bad?

That you Bret Bielema?

Don't they have to have the win all the games in the Atlantic division to win the conference?

I believe I heard Dabo say winning the conference title was a goal this year.

Funny how Kentucky goes from punching bag of the SEC to a legit team so quickly.

Must have the best conference record in that division. Usually the FSU Clemson game determines the division champ.

Convenient huh? I guess Arkansas St and Jacksonville St are both legit too.

Don’t forget about Toledo and East Carolina…

1st. once again a discussion is turned to something other than the OP. this is not about USC or UK.

For some reason you bunch of idiots think that because I’m a USC fan, I can not discuss anything else. I, unlike many CU fan, do not live and die by my team alone. I love the game of college football. ALL games.
Any way you slice it, UL does not boost the CU resume. But a win is a win. and a conference win at that, so yes it is important. But it is on par with beating WF. no big deal if you win, but disastrous if you lose.

In the ACC, they’re all disastrous if you lose…

Exactly. We don’t have the luxury of losing 6 games and being ranked the next preseason. It does hurt the schedule. The coots going back with to their usual 6-6 play does too. It really doesn’t matter as mush with the playoffs here. The media can’t screw us as easily. If we win out it will be fine.

b8 is right. The ACC sucks again, but for one week this year, they produced a quality opponent.

And he’s calling others idiots…

Does it really surprise you that a thread about Clemson turns into " Well South Carolins sucks"… It’s fascinating to me how consumed with the cocks a good number of clemson fans are.

fishb8 is completely lost.He doesn't think a conference win is important.

Louisville isn’t a bad team, they’ve just had a few issues at QB and getting the defense straightened out. They lost both games late in the 4th quarter. Funny, calling Auburn pathetic and they sit at 2-0 with a roster full of 4* & 5* talent, that game last week got their attention. We’ll see this week how they do, LSU was strong as goat piss running the ball but couldn’t throw the ball. Houston always has a pretty good team and is difficult to defend running the tempo spread they do.

And USC covers the spread but gets physically beaten up all over this week. Orth didn’t have time to get nervous or play tight last week, not the case this week heading into a hostile environment for his first start. Add on the fact UGA’s defense is about 10 notches up the pole from anything you’ve seen this week. Who’s after Orth on the depth chart?

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn’t go so far as to call a dog filthy but they’re definitely dirty. But, a dog’s got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Isn’t this thread about weak spots in the Clemson schedule? So would a 6-6 coot team not be relevant? Or by your standards is Cooper ā€œconsumedā€ with Tiger football to such an extent he intends to be critical of our opponents one week at a time?

Your probably right there’s no way cooper is just trying to deflect attention from the dumpsterfire in Columbia.

With all the wisdom you can muster (I know it is not much), please tell me where I said ANYTHING even close to this.
