Wife wanted a corn beef brisket, been in the crock pot since 1100. Gonna make a fine sandwich on toasted rye with a little horse radish for lunch tomorrow… No I did not cut it against the grain, this is the way the wife love it.

Cooked shrimp and coconut rum for about a minute and a half
Pour off the rum cook on high heat for about another minute to get a little bit of a sear.
