I haven’t done a baked apple in years! Now I’m gonna have to do it. Mom would core them and put brown sugar, butter and cinimon and then poke a couple of cloves in them. Wrap in foil and put them in the fireplace at the edge of the coals.
I never heard of red pepper soup. I must have led a sheltered life.

Was out of Swiss cheese so we use queso Chihuahua cheese.
